Welcoming environment
The practice has been thoughtfully designed to put even the most nervous of patients at ease. Everything from the comfortable beds in the waiting room to the colour of the paint on our walls has been deliberately chosen with our four legged friends in mind, all to make a trip to see us just that little bit easier for everyone involved. We also have a dedicated quiet space for end of life care, so that when the most difficult of times comes, you can say goodbye in calm and peaceful surroundings

Knowing how busy life can be and wanting to do our bit to ease the burden, we’ve made sure that booking appointments, ordering medication or simply asking for some advice can all be done online or via our App when it is convenient to you, not just during working hours. Of course we are still here for when you want to reach us by phone or in person, it goes without saying that we’d love to hear from you!

Home visits
If you would prefer your companion(s) to be treated in the comfort of your own home, we would be happy to come to you, and in time plan to offer a dedicated ‘home visit’ service.
